"Joe and his helper did a nice job replacing the water heater which is running well. Removed old water heater and dinged the walls and offered to paint but I didn't have any old paint. Not a big deal. Overall would use again."

"Found this company on Angie's List and am I happy we called them. We had been using another company and has a service contract with them, but they were always too busy to do anything. We called DiBiase in the morning and a technician was at our house in the afternoon exactly on time. The technician (Chris) was extremely professional, very thorough in explaining why things weren't working and provided us a few options. We chose to repair the unit as opposed to replace it. Chris ordered the parts and was back on site as soon as the parts arrived. The price charged was exactly what was quoted, the service was completed promptly, system tested, Chris explained everything he did and the unit is working perfectly! I highly recommend this company, we have since signed a service agreement with them that includes 2 a year tune-ups for both or our systems. Great company to deal with, professional, courteous, prompt at returning calls and very thorough!"

"Quick response on a Sunday after my hot water heater failed, with ValDel able to supply the brand of water heater I was looking for. No one likes putting out the kind of money that this type of emergency repair requires, but I was able to negotiate significantly down to almost match a verbal quote that I had received earlier in the day. Jason was an excellent technician, very courteous, and completed the job quickly. I would definitely use ValDel (and Jason) for future needs."

"After looking at what was suppose to be done, and the entire job was evaluated, I was told I would be better off in getting a complete new water heater, and not put new parts in an 8 year old water heater, for once I felt like I was not ripped off, and given the best advice, and that is what I will do."
