"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Replacing the thermostat proved to be technically challenging, but he was thorough, primarily concerned for my happiness and satisfaction with choices. Tom was always professional, educational, courteous, and neat in his work. He even customized a new cover for the furnace, once the original plate was discarded with the old furnace. This project required several trips until Tom found a thermostat that my old eyes can clearly read. His thoroughness is appreciated! This project required several interactions (for scheduling) with Glasmeiers office staff, Mary and Nancy, who were quite entertaining during the scheduling process.
