"CAUTION!!!!!! NEVER USE Bob's Plumbing. He came 4 hrs early while I was gone. I agreed he could go in an fix my slow draining kitchen sink and replace the garbage disposal (I purchased). I agreed he could go inside without me there. MISTAKE!!!! He called me and yelled at me about using "draino" and that the garbage disposal I purchased was junk (purchased at Costco). I returned home, to a huge bill for $325.00 to unclog my drain and hook up MY garbage disposal. He NEVER communicated this to me, nor do I know how long he was at my house. He took my bath towels to clean up the water and put the soaked towels in my garage in a pile. I've spoke to his wife, Jenelle Beane about my experience. She was rude and threatened to charge me an additional $30.00 late fee if I didn't put the check in the mail today. The services were rendered on 9/25 and today is 10/10...definItely not late.
