"High Customer Service skill. Low Technical skill."

"Bryan, the technician was really good. He explained what he was doing and why. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly. He also took the time to explain how a number of the components work and what I could do to keep the furnace in good order between maintenance intervals. I highly recommend Behold Heating and Cooling."

"I was, and am, very impressed with Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. I contacted this business to avail myself of an Angie's List Deal on Tuesday evening. I was promptly contacted the following morning by an incredibly pleasant, polite, and professional receptionist/scheduler. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, first thing in the morning. I was given a service window of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The plumber arrived at 7:57 a.m. and completed the diagnostic and repair and replacement services, in a workmanlike manner, by 8:50 a.m. The plumber was very competent, pleasant, polite, professional, and respectful. I highly recommend Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric for plumbing needs."

"We had a pipe freeze and break. Zach from Limelight Services, came over right away and fixed it the same day. He was fast, professional, and courteous. He explained what he was doing and why. Definitely recommend!!"

"These guys were great! Excellent service, friendly workers and professional all the way through. I truly believe that the fact that this company is veteran owned sets the standard for all employees. I would hire them for any of my plumbing or HVAC needs. If they did work but an issue arises after they complete the job, no problem. Theyâ ll be there that same day to fix it. They explained everything they were doing and answered all questions I had."

"I would suggest you drop all other services and go with this one only. This service man is far beyond the skills and service of all others. I had one show up in car and a back pack. He looked at and said he would send a quote ?????? My furnace is out , its late and the temp outside is 0. Tony Bertolini repaired it less then a hour with no parts. This is a man that knows his S!!! and is more than worth his charges. When the weather starts to warm up I will call him to install a new one . [ I will call no one else .}"

"This was annual maintenance- not repair. Service tech was so courteous and explained everything he was doing and why. He helped educate me on life expectancy for certain parts and what things could be done proactively and what things could be postponedâ ¦ There was no sense of him upselling me or rushing me or cutting corners to get to the next appt. I was left with future options to consider- but without pressure - And given an approximate price for those choicesâ ¦ The service tech was respectful towards my home and myselfâ ¦ I feel really good about having an ongoing relationship with ARS."

"Great work finding and fixing the issue"

"Did not end up using them to fix the overall issue, as their quote was higher then all others we received. That being said, technician was polite and provided an informative second opinion."
