He gave explanation of what was needed and also gave options. I can’t say if the prices were reasonable considering I didn’t know issue beforehand and didn’t have comparisons. Seemed expensive to replace a seal but again I don’t have comparisons and didn’t have time to deal with getting quotes. Overall very professional service and would use again."
