My husband and I had never tried the fireplace before, this is our second winter here. The home also has central heat which is what we used last winter. The technician was very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces. He tried some things and asked some questions. It turned out that there is an unusual way to light the fireplace due to some attempted transition by a previous owner that was not completed. He showed me how to light the fireplace. It is perfectly safe and he resolved the issue that I had in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this comapny and technician (Jerimiah) to anyone needing help with their fireplace.
