Rob and a helper arrived on time. Rob reviewed the job and honored the estimate he had given and also applied an Angie's List coupon. I had supplied the faucet and Rob supplied the supply lines and valves. Entire job was done in 45 minutes and it was done very professionally. I was extremely pleased with Rob's work as well as his friendly demeanor. At my request Rob provided a referral for another job I needed done in the house.

"I was unsuccessful in getting my well repaired by the original installers after weeks of trying to get them to return my calls, I went to Angie's list and found Vinny at Aquifer Water Systems.  I called him that morning and told him I believe I killed my 30 year old water pump and wanted a price to replace it.  After providing some basic information over the phone and sending him some pictures, he said he likely has the water pump in stock and can come by at noon to replace it.

He arrived on time and started troubleshooting the well.  In a short amount of time, he realized it wasn't a bad pump but the pressure switch and started working on replacing it.  I asked him to also repair some broken pipes going to the pressure tank which he was able to do and reconfigured the pipes to make it perform better.  Less than 90 minutes later, he had the whole thing repaired and working better then before.

I found Vinny to be very honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and a real professional who cares about the quality of his work.  I will of course be calling him back for any future maintenance issues and recommend him to my friends.  It was a real pleasure doing business with him."

"Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again."

Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

"Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."
