"I left a message for Guy on Thursday. I wasn't leaning towards using a Handyman, but it turns out that Guy was the only one (out of 5 companies I left messages)to return my phone call. He came out to my house, gave a detailed estimate/bid on what would be needed to repair the drywall and included some additional work that would be needed on the insulation. He did some additional research on the insulation and follow up with us to share the information. I will update this review once the work is completed."

"<p>We highly recommend MTS painting if you're in the market for some professional interior painting.  We're fixing up a second home to sell and, since we're both semi-retired, thought that we could easily do all the interior painting by ourselves.  Wrong!  For starters, the house is 3000+ sq ft and, once we started, realized that absolutely everything except some ceilings needed to be painted.  In other words, not just walls, but inside closets, all baseboards, door jambs and both sides of all doors.  We persevered for weeks until only six doors, two upstairs bathrooms and three 20' walls remained.  By this point, my semi-retired husband decided to go back to work full time.  That's when I went looking for a professional.  I'm still waiting for two out of the three painting companies I phoned to call me back!  MTS saved the day by coming the same day for the estimate on the bathrooms and the three high walls and scheduling for the following day.  In the time it took me to finish two closet doors, the  two painters had finished their job!  And they cut in (i.e. no tape) perfectly!  Plus, they were courteous, clean, and very reasonably priced.  They really saved me.  I don't think you will be disappointed if you hire MTS for any painting job you may have.</p>"

"Went great, with one minor hiccup. Sal was on time and got to work right away with the repair jobs. On that first day he then had to leave early because another client had a full on disaster (broken water pipe while on vacation). <br /> We quickly rescheduled for the rest and Sal ran through the electrical work. I have a crazy home automation system I've been installing myself over the course of years, and so I challenged him with some unusual wiring requests. Sal made a minor error (not his fault, I was asking for something *really* unusual) but went back through right away to get everything exactly how I wanted it. <br /> It would have taken me months to wire as many switches and fans as he finished in a few hours. <br /> Efficient, good quality work, and inexpensive. "Chris Rounds and his crew were absolutely fantastic! Due to my fathers medical issues, I needed to find a local contractor who was willing to work with me (I live out of state in Oregon), and be flexible with scheduling the work to be done. Not only was Chris responsive to our requests, he spent a fair amount of time negotiating with the insurance company to make things happen, which was very much appreciated. Due to my limited availability to travel to AZ, Chris scheduled the work right away, and completed the project earlier than originally quoted to allow me to return home on time. Chris and his crew were prompt, professional, provided high quality work, and maintained excellent lines of communication with my dad and I about the process and progress of the project. He visited the site daily to ensure quality and answer any questions we had, while always being available other hours to respond to requests. Suffice it to say, our expectations were far exceeded!
