(That was no surprise as it was over 30 years old) He explained the different type of units to choose from and we selected the one we felt best met our needs. There was no pressure or attempts to upscale us. He even brought space heaters for us to use until our furnace was installed. Friday Justin came and installed the new one. He worked efficiently and explained all we needed to know about the new furnace. This is the best company we have ever dealt with in doing this type of work. They are very honest and competent!
