While it would have been easy enough to leave then, DJ took the time to run additional tests to confirm that may have been the issue. At this point it appears that was the issue. DJ's service didn't stop there. In addition, he gave me pointers on how to prolong the life of our water heater. Lastly, on case there were further issues with the softener, I requested a bid. It was promptly delivered to me within 10 minutes. Better yet, Upfront's price was $1,000.00 less than that from another company. While it seems we may not need a water softener at this time, I do know that going forward, any plumbing issues I have, Upfront Plumbing will be on my speed-dial."
