They were on site excavating very quickly, and had the indoor and outdoor plumbing repaired the next day, a Sunday. I had requested quotes from others but Salt City had the weekend repair completed before I got called back from others. The price was reasonable and lower than my expectations. Brian Anderson"

"Hired to jet cut roots in our sewer line. On day one, the high pressure compressor broke down. It took a number of days to fix the machine but they finally showed up to complete the job. Again, it seemed that the pressure output was inconsistent and it took a long time to cut out the roots. At the end of day two a complete final inspection of the sewer line was not done. A little over a week later we had a different company come by for a sewer line repair estimate. Embarrassingly, it was revealed that there were still uncut roots in the sewer line. We had already paid for the work and this unfortunate outcome is currently unresolved."

They were very thorough - checked the airflow and looked at the ducts. Of the 2 furnaces that it came down to, he recommended the cheaper one - said it would work great for my space. I don't hear that very often!! They will be installing tomorrow and I will do another review."

"They came out on a Saturday, but could not finish the job, they had to come back on Monday morning to finish up. When they put the sink back together, they forgot to install back the garbage disposal. They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. When I tried to call to complain about the garbage disposal, they kept circling back to different phone numbers."
