Get matched with top gas piping pros in Tortilla-flat, AZ

"The clean up guy had to relight the gas water heater. He muscled the (5foot x 2 foot) aluminum cover to the outside water heater cabinet and bent it. He should have waited until I finished releasing the tabs, as I asked him to do. Other than that, the job went as expected. I feel that the men who did the job really went out of their way for us."

"Our technician, Marco Prieto was excellent. He arrived within the house after I called Reddi Plumbing and immediately assessed the situation and started work. He was efficient and also shown concerned for our situation. He worked until around 9pm getting the water pipe repaired and we so appreciated his work. I have not used Reddi Plumbing before, but I will now use them for all my plumbing needs."

"I posted a review on EZ Flow Plumbing yesterday. Owner Scott Reisack contacted me promptly after reading my review about the slab leak job. He offered to dig the area up again and redo the piping to my satisfaction, I declined because it’ll be quite messy again. He also offered to give me some money to compensate for the inconvenience I had to go through and the dissatisfaction I felt about the work. I declined that as well since I really don’t want money. Then he offer me a 10 year warranty on the job, which I accepted. This shows that he really tries to do a good job for every one of his clients, to their satisfaction, and he stands behind every job that’s done by his crew. I appreciate his genuine, sincere efforts to try to make things right. This is a very positive part of the way he runs his business and I like to let anyone who is looking for plumber to know that. I understand that sometimes an owner of a business cannot control the outcome of the work by his employees."

"On a Sunday, the stand pipe that drains the washing machine overflowed, we checked Angie's List and called Custom Plumbing and they sent someone within 20 minutes to cable the line, in the rain. A few days later, a camera was used to find the damaged sewer pipe and with ground radar the area was located under the foundation. Containment was set up and the crew jackhammered the foundation and dug down two feet to replaced the damaged pipe. The exavation was filled and concrete poured. The entire system was hydro-jetted. Everyone was very efficient and professional, explaining every step of the task. Thankfully, Custom Plumbing prepared the invoice for our homeowners insurance reimbursement for half the cost. This is a great company!"

"Maritza came to unclog a sink and bathtub. She is absolutely wonderful. She is smart and extremely knowledgeable about all types of plumbing. She explains what is needed in detail with pictures so I can actually see what is happening. That's important to me because if you're not a plumber how would you know if they're being honest or not. I have been through 3 plumbers already. When you have a plumbing problem, there isn't time to fool around looking for an honest, reasonably priced one. Never found one that I was happy with until now. No sales pitches, no one trying to convince me how wonderful they are. None of that nonsense. Just a smart plumber who can fix the problem. I HIGHLY recommend Plumbing Medic and ask for Maritza. I promise you will NOT regret it. This is my go to plumber from now on. Thank you Maritza, you are the best."
