Called 04-Mar-2022 for all windows to be replaced as all were failing. Called in Jan-2023 for update to find out only 1/2 the windows were ordered, and 12-15 MONTHS for additional replacements to be ordered. Just got a call at Noon TODAY that I had a 2:30PM Appointment TODAY to have 4 sashes replaced. 2hrs notice on warranty work submitted over a year ago? AND new installations happening in my neighborhood before warranty work? Communication is horrible, warranty can be had from other vendors, and even the BBB couldn't get answers out of them. Ready to have them all ripped out and replaced by another company because it will be faster."

His crew were excellent; they remove the old deck boards, installed the new material, minimized waste, and left us with a beautiful deck with excellent fit and finish. The job took a bit longer than expected due to weather and a couple miscalculations but he stuck to the price. Faris also pointed out a gutter and a gable issue with the home which his crew also repaired at a nominal additional cost."
