"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"Got a fair estimate by an experienced estimator who understood my concerns. Installation was scheduled shortly after the estimate. The company sent an installation plan to review. They arrived on time and two installers were pleasant and efficient. They knew what they were to do and went right to it. A great looking job completed in record time. "THEY WERE GREAT! I HAD CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY WHO DECIDED TO DO THE HIGH PRESSURE STUFF AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE UNLESS I BOUGHT TODAY.
DAN FROM GUTTER PROS CAME OUT MEASURED IT UP AND LET ME KNOW I COULD TAKE AS LONG AS I NEEDED TO MAKE A DECISION. THEIR PRODUCT WAS GREAT TOO. I EXPLAINED I WANTED TO CHECK THEM OUT AND READ REVIEWS ON THEM AND THE PRODUCT. SO I TOOK A FEW DAYS AND GOT BACK TO THEM. 
LOVED THE INSTALLER, WILL, ALSO.

THE OTHER COMPANY THAT WAS OUT WAS LEAF FILTER OR GUTTER HELMET, I DONT REMEMBER. THE GUY WAS NICE ENOUGH BUT WAS GETTING MAD WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO DO RESEARCH.

"Rich came to provide an estimate for gutter cleaning which was more than the Angie's list deal. I wasn't too worried about the deal, wanted to find a person that would do good work, and wanted build an ongoing relationship. Rich ended up doing the gutters, and pressure washing, and then suggested a gutter guard product for install and completed the entire job within a week of the initial meeting. I'll be using him for any future pressure washing work, and appreciated how he followed thru after the initial meeting."

"I am so lucky to work with Mr. Murat and his crew to renew my kitchen, bathroom. It was great experience, they showed professionalism the moment they got into my house. Very responsive, delivered as promised. They also did couple extra work with no charge even it was not included in initial estimate. To be honest, things went better then my expectations.
