The line had been replaced about 12 years before, but they cut corners leading to our problem. The line replacement team was amazing. They ran a new, parallel line into the house above the previous leak. They also were able to tell me why we were having problems with the leak and through our wall from the old line. The difference in quality between the two was quite clear. They installed elbow joints instead of bending the copper, rerouted our pressure regulator in front of all other outlets (another mistake, wrapped the copper line with heavy tape before running it through the line so the wall wouldn't rub, and then pressure sealed the wall from both sides. I wish I had used them the first time."

"Our work required two trips because we did not know the exact model of the Delta plumbing fixtures. Marvin was on time for both visits. He was neat, cleaned up as he went, and didn't waste time. On his first visit Marvin examined a shower drain for leaks. He examined the shower floor then got into the crawl space where he determined there is no leak. Then he examined our faucets and some valves and made a quick check of the pressure regulator which he believed might be bad. He took a reading, then said he'd verify what he thought when he returned with materials for the repair we needed for sure. On his second visit he quickly verified that the regulator was defective by proving water pressure could not be reduced or increased at all. He quickly replaced the regulator and tested it, then repaired a leaky faucet, after which he verified other valves and faucets did not need replaced because the problems were related to the broken regulator. "They were super quick in their response time; about ten minutes after I had requested a quote, they called to tell me they were on their way. Our septic field was really backed up but they were able to come out later the same afternoon with a backhoe to dig up the yard and see why it was backed up. Apparently the leech line had been routed beneath a huge tree and the roots were choking the field badly. They saved us *so* much money by repairing the line instead of needing to have the whole tank replaced, which was quoted anywhere between $4500 and $6500. We ended up paying $2800 to have the lines rerouted and the clogs cleared up and I honestly couldn't be happier with their work. "Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest.
