"First of all, let me say that Norm is an outstanding employee. He has an open and honest demeanor; and all calls to him were promptly returned regardless of the time of day. Norm isn't the owner, but he has an ownership mentality and is excellent in the area of customer service.
Norm was the employee who initially came out to give me an estimate. While examining my ventilation systems, he saw that I had a large opening in the intake line that had been stuff with a pillow. This is something that (incredibly) was not caught by the VA, city or bank inspector when I bought the house. National Air Duct Cleaning factored in repair of the intake line when giving me my estimate. Also included in the calculation was the installation of lifetime air filters, which I ended up buying.
I had a copy of my Angie's List magazine handy and asked for a discount, but Norm made me aware of additional savings available on the Angie's List website. He also applied a military discount. I was provided multiple price quotes, which depended on the amount of work that I wanted done. I opted to have everything done.
I will say that the cost of cleaning the vents was steep in my opinion, but  National Air Duct Cleaning's prices are in line with their competitors. Consumers might go in thinking that they'll pay a set price for each vent, but there are factors (such as length of the vent) that could lead to price increases. There are also companies out there that'll bait customers in with the promise of a base price and then switch up and throw in all kinds of additional charges. Youtube is full of investigative new clips. National Air Duct Cleaning was clear in itemizing their charges.
On the day when the work was done, the National Air Duct Cleaning crew arrived to my house on time and promptly got to work. They stayed for about 5 hours and I immidiatly saw a difference in the efficiency of airflow when they were done. I couldn't recommend these guys more and will call on them when I'm due for another cleaning in a few years.

Did extras, like rerouting air duct so we could have our recessed medicine cabinets. "Our kitchen was ugly and barely working.   We went to Angie's List and hired Good Neighbors, LLC for a previous job and we hired them again and they gave us an outstanding kitchen remodel.
Good Neighbors had previously done a master bath remodel for us in 2012, which we love!  So when it came time to update and remodel our outdated 30 year old kitchen, we again hired Good Neighbors to do the kitchen remodel.  
They gave us a price, they gave us a finish date and they finished within budget and they finished on time.  Impressive!
Our kitchen was a complete demolish from the ceiling to the floor.  We installed new cabinets, new appliances, new lights, granite counter tops and updated the electrical service and the plumbing.   We did a lot. 
Our kitchen, as with many older home remodels came with several surprises once the work started.   However, Good Neighbors was able to handle the required fixes flawlessly and perfectly.  Most importantly, we are thrilled with the end result.  Even the building insectors complimented their work.
One point worth mentioning, which we really appreciated, was the fact that the Good Neighbors personnel, Tom, Chris and Caleb showed up on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up every night.  They never let us down, never left us hanging nor left us a mess to clean up.
The finished kitchen is even better than we had imangined.   Good Neighbors is worth of a glowing recommendation from us and we recommend them for any interior remodel and proudly give them an A."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
