"Nightmare experience with these guys -they?re extremely unprofessional. #1 Sales team didn?t inform me of all my options for HVAC repair. Promised I?d be taken care of when furnace went out in the dead of winter but they couldn?t get out to see me for another 4 days without heat. House got down to 40 degrees!! #2 Technicians informed me that what I wanted to do involving Furnace and AC replacement would be an upcharge.. management consented but they would have to come back a separate day to finish#3 On the day they were supposed to come back the never called or showed up? I was never put on the schedule. They had to come back again #4 They finally finished furnace and Ac replacement.. but I called for a plumbing issue a few weeks later. And they called to say they could no longer make it out to me? reschedule yet again! And even though I paid for their membership it?s not showing up on my account People have lives that they put on hold to take the day off of work, will NEVER use again"

The technicians was prompt and ready to go. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He assisted and gave me suggestions for my project and did the work I asked him to do. "I had hired PG to replace the septic tank two years ago. They seemed friendly and helpful completing the job quickly. It cost $6,000 for the new tank install. There were problems with the tank being full for the past two years and requiring pumping repeatedly. PG claimed it was just needing the filter cleaned, but that was done monthly with no improvement. After two years, they came out charging $300 to assess it again and claimed the leach field was bad, and an aerator system needed installed for $18,000. When I received 2nd and 3rd opinions stating the initial install was improper, and the tank had settled too low, PG became belligerent at the idea, stating that is not possible. They said they would come back out to inspect again and charge me for it, but would not fix anything because it was correct. They never would come back out from there. I had to use another company to come out dig the yard back up to fix their installation. The septic and leach field work fine. Do not hire PG."

"Mr. Brocious was hired due to a flooded basement that had destroyed my control board on my furnace. He discovered the clogged drain by noting the water wasnt draining. I ask him to give me a estimate on my clogged drain and got a ** I dont know ** He then tells me he can fix my furnace, I told him my company was coming out the next day to fix it, but the water had to be removed for their safety. He didnt have a pump when he arrived and ask me if I had one! Why would I call a plumber if I had a pump? He had to go get a PUMP! He had to buy one! Never did he mention I would be charged. In fact he gave me no pricing at all, which made me uncomfortable and I should have went with my gut feeling and told him to leave! Long story short, he pumped out the water TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF to fix my furnace and CHARGE me for it, and charged me for the pump he bought for his company and took it with him ! I flooded 12 days later, called a competitor who was out in 3 hours, I had to buy a pump, after I was charged for one from this Brocious Plumbing. My furnace was destroyed again! He hadnt cleaned the drain or called ! Run for your life with this man! He is nasty rude and creepy looking. I had a security system installed after dealing with him! The Competition had it cleaned out in under 2 hours, plus found some issue&s I needed to address. I do have my go to plumber now, but I wouldnt recommend this person to anyone!"
