"I received a call for scheduling first thing this morning. They were able to send a plumber out same day, afternoon. Demetric was prompt, courteous (wore shoe covers) and quickly repaired my shower faucet. The repair cost was reasonable and all done same day. Will use company again."

"The technician was very nice and did a great job. Old water heater was removed and the new one installed. The technician showed me his work and explained what he had done. I recommend Moncrief."

"They replaced my leaking water heater. Their price was far bettet than the cost of installation for a water heater from Home Depot."

"So glad that Rooter Pro Xpress was available to come to our home same day. Our water heater was repaired without delay and our plumber was able to offer a warranty. He was was courteous and explained a technical repair in easy terms for us. Such a professional service."

"Outstanding service. Very honest and dependable. Found where the clog was and because it was near the septic and he wasn't able to clear it he recommended a septic service. He didn't charge me even though he spent a good 2 hours at my house working the problem. Now that is great customer service!!!"

"Super helpful and on time. Used them for my water heater. I would recommend them to my neighbors!"

"I have had Greenlee plumbing out to the house four times, 35-year-old house. Shower valve replacement. Water heater replacement. Water Line replacement. Shower/Tub to Shower conversion: drain relocation and new shower valve. Each time they were professional, personable and reliable. More importantly is how they provided service when there was a problem. The manufacturer of the water heater had bad gas valves. There was never a safety issue, just the inconvenience of no hot water. I had two bad values. Each time I called they came out the same day and replaced the valve, now that is service. I spoke with them about the problem with the manufacturer and they advised that they manufacture was overwhelmed and could not supply all the replacement valves needed. Greenlee's solution was to buy new water heaters and remove the valve to get their customers up and running. Now that is going the extra mile! I highly recommend Greenlee Plumbing Jeffrey Coe"

"I cannot say enough good things about Mitchell and Demarcus. They called when they were on the way, arrived on time, and completed the installation in just a few hours. It was a tough job. The water heater was partially blocked by the furnace but Mitchell figured out how to remove the old heater without having to remove part of a wall, which is what I expected would have to happen. He re-piped the connections (the old piping was a mess!) ran the gas line extension to my stove area and placed the new heater. I had hot water within a few hours of job completion. I now look forward to hiring Mitchell again to install my new gas stove (once I buy it). I highly recommend Cool Air. I will receive a 10% discount on the water heater in the form of a gift card because I'm a Costco member."

"Morgan Pitman provided same day service to install a 50 gal tall gas water heater. Excellent customer service and workmanship while providing maintenance education. Old heater lasted 12 years so the cost and installation for replacement was staggering but less than competitors."
