"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. "<p>Our time with Intelligent Design was nothing short of fantastic!  Normally, I am not one to write a review on work done at our house, as most prior experiences have ranged from very poor to just average with nothing worth mentioning.  However, our experience with Intelligent Design was so exceptional, that I felt I needed to provide a review so that others out there in need of their line of services can have renewed hope in the standard of service provided in Tucson.  </p> <p>We had one of our old AC units replaced by Intelligent Design about a year and a half ago, and from that experience had signed up for a Maintenance agreement with them to monitor and check all our units and water heaters 2x a year.   Early in the Winter we had to undergo a complete roofing job by a different company, which was a very problematic experience.  They had to lift move, adjust all of our units while working on the roof and put them back.    Intelligent Design called to schedule our maintenance apt in preparation for the Summer ahead last week, and showed up on time, and began their review of our systems.  Not only did they provide valuable information on how the units were handled, and took pictures showing the issues they discovered, but also took the time to give us pictures of other concerning things that they noticed up on the roof that were not put back or sealed appropriately. They provided a clear list of concerns with supporting pictures to make our decisions.  The service people were extremely informative and helpful.</p> <p>Because 2 of our AC units were very old and on the verge of end of life, the owner of Intelligent design stopped by to discuss our options and financing available should we pursue some replacements.  We decided to move forward with replacing the 2 outdated units, as well as our water heaters that we have known have been on the edge of dying on us.</p> <p>We had a crew of about 6 gentlemen show up for the Duct Cleaning/Sealing and AC replacements and re-leveling.  In addition to 2 other gentlemen for the water heater replacement.  All of them were extremely courteous.  They took extra care with covers for their shoes, and carefully moving furnishings, as they worked throughout our home.  I work from home, and had minimal disruption to my day as they quietly worked around me in my office.</p> <p>They spent the entire day doing a very large job, but were always respectful of my husband, myself and our two dogs.  At the end of their work in the house, they vacuumed and dusted all the rooms that potentially got dirty by the Duct cleaning and sealing.  Even though they did a fantastic job of keeping things clean as they worked, they made sure they left nothing behind.</p> <p>Toward the end of their work here, the owner again stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with the work and go over any questions and concerns we might have had.  Just another example of the exceptional quality of service provided by this company.</p> <p>I would highly recommend Intelligent Design for any AC/Heating and Plumbing work you might have.   I know I will continue to use them any time I have need of their services, and have a 10 year maintenance program with them for servicing our units for the next decade.</p> <p>Again, I would like to personally thank Andrew as well as every member of the crews that all worked in unison to provide this service for my home and my family.  You’ve restored our faith in contractor work here in Tucson. </p> <p>This is a company that goes above and beyond</p>"

"Manny was great and actually came a half hour early. He performed a full inspection and maintenance on our two heating cooling systems. He flushed the water heater. He replaced all the system air filters and checked system safety and operations. Additionally he replaced the batteries in two hard to reach smoke detectors.
