"Very dissatisfied with the service. They were not clear about service fees and the tech didn't have the proper equipment to properly diagnose freeon leaks with a device similar to an inficon device. Tech wanted to pour liquid down the lines and coming back 7 days later for close to 400. Thats wrong and lazy. Do better"

"I called Kevin early on the morning before Christmas Eve with an emergency since I had 20 people showing up the next day - he was able to work me in his schedule in a couple of hours.
