The technicians (Tyler and Andrew) were very professional and thorough in their work, explanation of the equipment that was installed, and instructions of how to use it. "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"Prompt, very efficient, The techs kept me informed all the way. The repair tech let me know the A/C was working but gave me the option for a new on based on age of the unit which I took. The salesman took the time gave me options and again let me decide what I wanted to do. The installation took longer than we anticipated but the work was done correctly and completely when he left."

"Getting him here to do the work was a real hassle. It took me several phone calls and lots of frustration, but they eventually showed up. The shutoffs were fixed, but the kitchen faucet that started it all is still leaking. However, I don't think that's his fault -- he found replacement cartridges after Price-Pfister sent me the wrong ones but the faucet still leaks so apparently it's time for a new one.
Bottom line -- after a bunch of calls he said he'd be here Friday. I waited all day -- no Bob. That screwed up my family plans for a long weekend and left me in the doghouse at home. So, am I grouchy? Yes! But -- as you should read in other reviews -- punctuality is definitely not his strong suit. I should've paid more attention to Angie's reviews, and perhaps less attention on saving a couple of bucks on a Big Deal. Now I've got to go find another plumber for that leaky faucet, and figure out how to get back out of the doghouse here at home.

P.S. The shut-off valve Bob's apprentice installed under our kitchen sink started leaking almost immediately. I didn't discover it until I was about to leave town two weeks later. Had to hire another plumber to come a repair Bob's work. 'Nuff said."

"I would shop around. I think I could have a shorter wait time between when they figured out what kind of repairs you need and when they actually approve the repairs and get somebody out there to do the installment. It's just a long lots of time in getting the job done."
