"I had called several Heating & A/C companies to get a pre-season tune-up on our two high efficiency furnaces. They all wanted me to sign up for some sort of maintenance agreement. When I called Goth (after checking out Angie's List), it was a completely different approach. They didn't try to sell me anything. They listened to what I wanted and then just wanted to know what day would work for me.

They arrived exactly on time. They don't give you a "window" they give you a specific time and the doorbell rang right on time. The service man was friendly, professional and courteous. I asked if he could also check the humidifiers on each unit. "I'd be happy to do that."

From the time the phone was answered by a very knowledgeable and customer focused John in the office, right through the very pleasant serviceman, Corey, it was a great experience. This company understands the value of customer loyalty and they start building that from the first point of contact.

There price was reasonable. Their work was excellent. They did exactly what they said they would do. It has never crossed my mind to use the word "exceptional" when describing an interaction with a heating and A/C company. These people are exceptional. That's what makes this company exceptional.

"After setting my appointment with Kevin, his crew of Lewis and Fred arrived on time and we’re very professional. They took some before and after internal photos of the ducts to a home we just purchased. My wife has allergies and pet dander is pretty high on her list...the amount of pet hair found in the before photos was incredible, after the cleaning was done, not a trace of hair.
