I began calling repair businesses and found that the quickest I could get someone out would be the next afternoon, which I scheduled with CNS. About 7 PM that evening the CNS repair person called and was in my area. She wanted to know if that would be an acceptable time to make the repair. Very knowledgeable and professional. The repair was made in about 45 minutes."

"Peter arrived at least 15 minutes early and was waiting in his truck when we noticed him.  We had a 5-foot section of concrete that was raised above the surrounding concrete, causing me to trip on it and almost fall.  He looked it over and thought that a root from the tree in the front yard was probably causing the issue.  He told me he could break up the concrete and remove it and then pour new concrete, or he could try getting the concrete out in one piece but it might break, anyway.  Considering the weather, we went with the latter option, and I'm glad we did.  An hour later, the root was removed, the section of concrete put back in place and the tripping hazard removed.  While not the ideal fix, it was perfect for this time of year and a worry removed at the Christmas season before guests arrive.  I appreciated the manner in which Peter discussed the options.  He was very professional and had a great personality and didn't leave me with that uneasy feeling you sometimes get when you have someone you don't know working at your house.  I have a list of things I'd like them to come back and do after the holidays.
