"Thanna worked very well with our schedule when making the appointment. We also only have one tub in the house and it was a two day job for which Thanna worked it out so we could still use the shower at least once each day.
Our tub was a hot mess with about a 1/4 of the old glaze flaked off. She came in and made it look like new! 
She was very nice, professional,and gave good tips on keeping the tub looking like new as well as a few other tips when I asked about cleaning grout and replacing some that was missing.

Then they had trouble getting the new up-to-code flu installed (their fault). "Wolf did a great job and did it quickly. This was a sliding glass door in a sunroom, which was originally a full Metal frame solarium "kit" installed in the mid 80's. The firm that installed the sunroom wanted over $450 to just come and look it to see if they could repair, but were recommending we just replace the door at approximately $5K?? Wolf came made some adjustments and lubricated the tracks...done and working great, at a mere fraction or the costs quoted by others. Plan to use him again in the future!"

"They did a whole house electrical inspection a couple of months ago, and they even changed out burned out light bulbs for me.  I give them a B on the price; they're a little high, but they do a good job.  I didn't even ask them; they just said have you got any extra bulbs, we will change them out for you. They weren't repairing anything, they were just inspecting to make sure my electrical system was working.  I've had an air conditioner, a heater, a whole house generator, and a whole house humidifier put in by them.  They do annual electric and plumbing inspections as well as heat and air inspections, they are always extremely nice and do a good job when they do an installation, and I appreciate the inspections that are free.  They did an inspection last winter on the heater, but no work actually.  When they installed the new heater, it's worked just fine.  They just inspect it on a yearly basis."
