JSW was able to beat my other quotes and was able to install immediately,, while other companies had a 4-6 week wait time. They even did the install on a Saturday as not to interfere with my work schedule. The day of the install Joe and Mike arrived on time and worked as a fine tuned pit crew, finishing ahead of the time stated. Everything needed was explained to me and a tutorial on my new thermostat was given as well as suggestions to get the most from my system. The system looks great, works great and most importantly, I feel I received great value. I would completely recommend JSW. I was a bit overwhelmed at the whole process of shopping around, getting quotes, etc. Once Joe arrived, I was put at ease. They were very conscious about cleaning up during and after they completed the installation. The thermostats also needed replacements and we had a problem due to the wiring. "Ron fixed my refrigerator easily, then he looked at the dishwasher that was waiting for $400 in parts from Countywide. New Pump and main Board. This made no sense to Ron, He re-booted Board (former repairman did not) Ran a cycle, Board OK, pump not right. Pulled unit to install pump and discovered mice chewed some wires. He will return today to replace the wires, saving me $400 in un-needed parts. Really good mechanic that doesnâ t just change parts."
