"Unique Indoor Comfort’s technician, George, provided a fine tune up service to my residence's heating system which was well overdue for maintenance. He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. "The technician was on time and polite, and careful about our home. He determined that the freon was gone in our system and tried to give it a freon boost. It was unsuccessful and he said that indicated a leak somewhere in the line between the basement and the outdoor unit. He suggested a new unit since our unit is 7 years old and was a base model. We discussed units and he suggested that he would get in touch with Mr. Dibiase who would be better able to give us the information we required. Mr. Dibiase called us and gave me some figures over the phone, but I wanted to have him come out in person and could not schedule it for several weeks because of my own commitments. He was very polite and helpful on the phone. Several days later, my husband recalled that he had added our heat pump to a Sears Service Agreement that allowed us to add existing appliances less than ten years old to our service contract for the Kenmore applicances we already had. We called Sears and they came out and were successful at adding freon. They suggested we call again at the beginning of the AC season to have them evaluate the system. This does not mean we won't use DiBiase, but we were surprised that Sears was able to add freon and the Dibiase tech was not. Perhaps we just didn't understand fully, but we will give the Sears service contract another try before replacing the entire unit.

"The work went very well.
The workers were professional, friendly, and thorough. The installation was the day after July 5th on the July 4th weekend and the company worked us in during a heat wave when we desperately needed air conditioning.
Because babies and the elderly are especially prone to heat related problems the owner of the company was sensitive to our needs.
His workers stayed until 11:30 pm finishing the job after starting early in the morning.
The workers patiently explained how to operate the system and cleaned up well after the job was done.
We would recommend them to anyone needing a central air conditioning/heating unit.

"Just wanted to thank Green Heating Cooling & Electric for coming out when they did. Our heater was not working on a day where the outside temperature was 34 degrees. Called several heating companies but they all couldn't come out until after noon. Then I was fortunate to call Green Heating Cooling & Electric and George told me they can come out in late morning. I agreed but asked if he could find a way to come earlier. He called me back minutes later to tell me they were able to fit us in within the next half hour. I was so thankful for their rescheduling efforts. Then when the servicemen came, they were very professional. Checked the system: water level, damper operation, gas switch, venting, etc. Along the way, they explained what to look for and found that the blocked vent switch triggered and had cut off gas to the heater. Soon, the heater was running again. All in all, great experience and was happy to have called Green Heating Cooling & Electric."

"I called several different vendors to get pricing estimates on replacing my HVAC system.  I shopped for a high efficiency unit for the 2 stage variable heating unit and replacement of our 6 ton AC unit which was all rated at around 9 SEER from the 1990s.  Our air conditioning went out in early August and I didn't want to rush and sign up with the first. 
I first interviewed Horizon and they were the most expensive starting around $15K.  The guy was very nice and then asked what my price was to replace the entire unit. I felt that was unfair and told him I needed to interview several others before making a decision and I am glad I did that.  Green Electric was around $13K for a comparably same unit. Next was Climac for a Trane Unit and they were just under $10K. Christian Plumbing didnt seem that I needed the high efficiency and was going to do the regular for around $10.5K and no real written estimate as I had to take a picture of what he wrote down (dissappointing). Lastly was Omni Heating & Cooling, which I called on a whim since I wasn't sure if Climac was going to come out because of a scheduling issue.  Karis was great and walked thru all the options and prices.  I received a very nice Bryant system for a very reasonable cost.  My home cools very quickly again and I am very satisfied with the work they did. I did have to replace some sheetrock in the basement ceiling, but well worth the cost savings compated with the other vendors.

"Kevin and Josh accommodated my busy work schedule and came to my house at 7am in the morning.  They quickly analyzed the issues and went to work.  They were both courteous, quick, clean and efficient.  I would highly recommend this business as they only work on dryer vent systems (for over 18 years) and are very good at what they do.  I am very glad I called Murphy's Dryer vent service as I certainly would have had a house fire in my newly purchased home. I am going to recommend these guys to all my friends and co-workers.
