"Not only do we love our new roof, we loved the service and timeliness of the work. Jim came out the same day and gave us an estimate, and was able to replace our roof in one day. He and his team leave no stone unturned, are VERY clean, and spent extra time after our job was done making sure no nails or bits were left on our property. Very impressed!"

"These professionals were superb! They were highly skilled and did some “extras” for the set price. Our deck needed repairs and stabilizing. Their seasoned carpenter took care of it skillfully and quickly. Another professional in their group installed vinyl flooring in our basement;!it came out perfectly. They also did some other minor repairs and regrouted tiles in the bathroom. Their pricing was very competitive and they were able to schedule the work promptly, and they are courteous and trustworthy. I would definitely hire them again!"

"Very well! They were able to do the work without using scaffolding on my two story family room. Very impressive! Very tidy!"

"Over 1000sq. ft. Paver patio, 16x21 covered pavilion with all outdoor kitchen amenities, sitting wall, fixed drainage issue with French drain and catch basin, tied into all my house gutters to flow out to street, ABSOLUTELY Marvin and MEV were the right choice. Easy to reach and call back/texts right away. Listens and always wants to do the customer right. We will select them again in an instant."

"The job was done quickly efficiently and neatly in a 1903 house where leveling and a stiff floor was essential. Working on older houses can prove challenging. A previous contractor's job was so poor the tile had to be torn out and thrown away. The new installation looks like new construction, It is solid and level. Mr. Rodriguez was consistently polite and cooperative. He did preparation and cleanup work that was not required in the contract. He also made suggestions and did work that involved significant amounts of time and labor without asking for increased compensation. We have already asked him if he would undertake other projects with us."

"This is the first review I have ever submitted for a contractor. However, when a company offers this outstanding level of service they have more than earned a five star rating! After a severe windstorm damaged my roof, I called my insurance company and then researched / contacted several roofers in my area. As a result of so much damage most roofing companies were extremely busy. Walter Brown was the only one who had their staff working diligently to take calls, and somehow managed to fit me into their schedule even though they were inundated with emergency work. Two workers arrived as the rain started and tarped the damaged areas. Everyone at Walter Brown consistently replied to my emails and continued to stay in touch with me as we worked through the color selection and scheduling of replacing my roof. I researched brands of shingles before John Cisna came to my house to discuss the brand that they install. Finding out that they install the brand that I had found was the highest rated brand on the market confirmed that they had high standards both in the products they use as well as in the quality of work that they do. The crew who did the job was absolutely amazing, professional, courteous, and meticulous in making sure every detail of the roof was perfect. They completed the job in one day, and the young gentleman who went through the inspection checklist with me was thorough, and made sure that every detail was addressed to my satisfaction. It was a real pleasure working with Walter Brown Roofing. Everyone including the office staff, owner, management, and work crew were all a real joy to work with. My sincere thanks for a job exceptionally well done!"

"Frank is definitely not your typical contractor. He actually calls you back, emails you when you send him a note and texts back when you just need a quick answer to something. He's proactive with the timeline and finishes the job on time. From the moment my husband and I sent AMS an email, we knew he was going to be great - then I met him, and instantly liked and trusted him. When we weren't sure what to do with layout, floor choices/finishing options, etc. he was on point with his advice and we're so glad we listened to him.
We initially thought we could handle the electric (there were NO lights in the ceiling), but after further examination, we last minute decided to use his electricians - they were there the next day. What's great is that for each step in the project, he had a lot of guys just bust the work out. Most things were done within a day or two, and the 2-3 week timeline for everything, start to finish was spot on.
We can't wait to tackle the kitchen next and throw Frank as much business as we possibly can. I've worked with a LOT of contractors, and the quality of work, overall responsiveness, and reasonableness in pricing is just not something I thought we could get all in one contractor. We highly recommend AMS!!!

"Refinancing with Mark was as easy as it gets. He found us some great options and after we made our selection we mailed back our application and went on vacation.  When we returned Mark had everything ready to go to settlement. It was scheduled at our convenience in the evening at our home and everything went smoothly.  We were due a bit of money after settlement and our check and new mortgage information arrived in the mail the following week. If you are looking to refinance your mortgage to take advantage of the current low rates or are in need of a new mortgage you should give Mark a call, you won't be sorry!

"Anthony Barrera is the owner of Toony-Touch, and he sets the tone for the people who work for the company.  You will find them courteous, very careful in handling your possessions, and honest.  You won't find anything missing when Tony-Touch's crew leaves your house  The company's customer service is excellent it caters to its customer's needs.  If you are like me, sometimes you think you want things done one way, and Anthony is very diplomatic about helping a customer to understand why the work should be approached differently.  I have never undertaken a renovation project before so we had several miscommunications about the work.   Once I explained to Anthony, that I needed to understand what might be involved in a project before it is done, he has helped me understand the things I needed to know to make good decisions.
The work is planned at the customer's convenience.  Don't want crews in the house on Saturday, or any day before 8? Tony Torch will accommodate you. Oh, did I say the paint job and is especially gorgeous and the tile on the floor and the walls of my master bedroom bath rocks?  I'll say it again.  They did it to the paint job to the designer's every specification, and Anthony designed the exquisite pattern of the wall tiles in the bath.
Typically, the crew comes in with their equipment at the appointed time, if they are painting they move everything except the most fragile of items for you.  I had my closets painted, and that saved me time.  I could have saved more time, but like I said, I have undertaken this type of project and I wasted time packing or removing things that they were prepared to do.  Anthony, visited the house on a regular basis to inspect his crew's work."

"I have a new home. It was finished a little over a year ago. The builder did a fine job and the kitchen was very nice for what I could afford at the time of construction. I love to cook and do so often for my family so after being settled in I decided to give myself a new gourmet kitchen with all the modern conveniences and bells and whistles. I called a few different contractors/designers and went through their designs and bids thoroughly. I decided to go with Ruxton Design and Build because their design was by far the best and it seemed I was getting more of those bells and whistles at a more reasonable cost. We began the process of selecting all my finishes back in November. I worked with their interior designer Michelle picking everything out, she made the process fun and exciting. The work began right after the Christmas holiday and finished two weeks ago. The work went smoothly and all the men arrived on time and ready to work every morning. They were there later than I expected some days in attempts to keep the schedule on track but I didn't mind because they were very pleasant and respectful. Frank was always available to answer any questions I had and came by often to check on progress. They exceeded my expectations and even did some extra's for me at no extra charge. I could not have asked for a more and would honestly recommend this company to anyone needed a new kitchen."
