"The service was great. A professional job and explained everything as he went along. I would recommend this company for service on your Air Conditioner"

"They did a good job and eventually found a loose wire that fixed everything... But if the original prices quoted had been paid out I would have been pretty sad with their pricing. However, I only had to to pay out the agreed upon service fee and the well trained technician did an excellent job! The only reason this is not five stars is because they're quoted prices for refrigerant and other possible repairs were very high."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

"I've been pleased with Polar Bear since they installed my A/C 16-17 years ago. Always prompt response to any problem, always knowledgeable professionals. Now it's time for a new system, I was walked through my options with no pressure to spend more, just the info on variables, and an offer of a discount, and very flexible deposit/payment arrangement. Great company."

"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac’s thorough and knowledgeable work."

"Prompt, professional and very honest in the analysis and repairs that were required to quickly remedy the problem. I strongly recommend them after poor experience with every heat/air company in Fauquier county."

"By far the most professional and customer friendly company I found after an exhaustive search to replace a single zone high wall ductless system. They responded without delay and were able to perform the work the next day. The Service representative who did the survey for a quote (Nick) was very knowledgeable, understood what I was looking for and provided a quote accordingly. I felt he was looking after my best interests instead of selling me something I did not need or want. The installation team (Dara and Charlie) were on time, customer friendly and did excellent work. I am now a big fan of this company due to their excellent customer interaction and quality work. Job well done."

"Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. Will definitely call Appleton Campbell when needing home repairs, this is our 3rd project they’ve taken care of. Thanks again"
