"Chris was excellent.  He was professional and knowledgeable.  Very responsive.  I had a leak in the corner of the master bedroom which had stained.  I described the problem and location to Chris.  He was able to pinpoint the source rather quickly without going in the attic.  He showed me pictures of the problem and described how that type of problem occurs.  Chris repaired it as well as checked for/repaired other loose shingles.  Chris also cleared the gutter and tighten gutter spikes without being asked.  He suggested that I pencil around the stain.  If the stain passes the pencil mark, it would signal that there is still a leak.  So far, no leak!   While he was on my roof, Chris noticed a problem with my neighbor's roof and took pictures so I could show her.  I would definitely contact Chris if another issue occurs and highly recommend his service.

My experience with Supreme Window was excellent from the moment I called to get an estimate on replacing a broken window in the basement. I explained to Chris the situation and he was able to send a salesman to our house that night.  At this point, we had also decided to replace 2 very large windows in the bedrooms upstairs.  Albert showed up right on time and discussed the options with us which included very expensive laminate, which does not shatter when broken.  I was immediately interested in this for the bedrooms because there are very large trees behind my house and I am always concerned with them breaking the windows.  Albert took a look and explained that the laminate was not necessary b/c of the large overhang we have protecting the windows.  We really appreciated that he did not push a very expensive product on us.  In the end, we chose laminate for the basement, but that was totally our decision.  We took a chance based on the great reviews on Angies List and did not get other estimates since we were in a hurry to replace the broken window, so we signed a contract that night.  The windows were ready about 3 weeks later.  Chris called to let us know they were in last night, and we were able to have Eric come out today to install them!  The installation went very well and they took their time to make sure they were well caulked and in properly. They cleaned up afterward and also made sure we knew how to open/close/lock and lift off for cleaning.  There was one tear in a screen and they will be back tomorrow to get that screen replaced right away.  We are very pleased with the overall experience with Supreme Window and Door.

"The best job ever. Very thorough! Very personable and conscientious. He did a wonderful job and helped us with identifying loose or missing nails in our gutters that we would not have discovered until there was a problem and then replaced them for us without any extra charges. We took his card and plan to call him again if we have any problems that needs repair or maintenance. He also washed our sky lights at no extra charge and did a thorough cleanup of the leaves around the perimeter of our home. So nice!"

"Mike Shepke arrived promptly and listened to my concern about poorly draining gutters. He inspected the gutters and advised that the gutter covers were warped. I asked to have them removed. Mike then discovered that the covers were glued under the bottom row of roof shingles. He advised he would need more time to complete this as well as cleaning and adjusting the gutters.he supported all his recommendations with clear photos. He also recommended a roof tuneup. The jobs were scheduled and Mike Giordano arrived promptly and completed the roof tuneup as discussed. He also supported everything he had done with photos. Mike Shepke came the next day and completed the gutter tuneup as discussed. I was very pleased with his attention to details and suggestions to improve water runoff. I will recommend American Home Contractors to my neighbors since I am moving soon to an apartment."
