Our backyard was useless with standing water and a mud pit under our deck, but Troy installed a french drain system and buried several downspouts to divert the water away from the middle of the yard and installed some river rock with a border under the deck to make it an attractive area versus an eye sore. The vendor did a great job.  It was about 100 degrees on the day of installation and my corner house gets very strong morning sun.  They men worked continuously without complaint.  The services were performed neatly and efficiently without much disruption to my grass.  They cleaned up all dirt and ground disruptions after the first day's work so that my home looked neat during the 2 day installation. 

Mr. Ramos described the entire installation process and patiently answered all of my many questions.  He was also  more than willing to accommodate my schedule when performing services. I was very pleased with the service delivery and my interactions with Mr. Ramos and his crew and, of course, the end result. The Vendor even returned a few days later to check on how the system was functioning  and to install a rain sensor (a pleasant surprise that I did not know was included.) to detect when it was raining to avoid the unnecessary use of water.

I highly recommend AA Irrigation to anyone seeking the installation of a lawn sprinkler system.  It has only been a few weeks and my lawn is a beautiful and healthy deep green.

"The work was done as described. They buried the downspouts at the corners of the house, extended a French drain out to the street, and put in a window well by the basement window to allow grading to slope away from the house. Unfortunately the solution didn't solve the problem entirely; water was still leaking through the basement wall after the work was finished, though water no longer pooled near the house after a rainstorm. Without a drain the window well created another drainage problem. I gave an overall grade of B because of this, and because of some perceived pressure to have other work done, and multiple requests to leave a check for the workers to pick up if I couldn't be home when the work was performed. I didn't want to pay before I saw the work was done satisfactorily. I took an extra day off work.."
