We can't be more satisfied with the installation done in less than a day and especially given the challenge of working in the basement and routing the high-efficiency flue venting to an outside wall. We also received a little on-the-job training to operate the thermostat. Not rocket science, but thermostats do tend to be more sophisticated these days. In addition, Logan took care of all the paperwork associated with DP&L and Vectren rebates programs; we already received the checks.
