"They were great! They responded very quickly. So, I would give them a good grade. The only problem is, I couldn?t get them to send me a bill. That was in early May, I didn?t get a bill till October. It kind of aggravated me about the bill. I kept calling them about the bill. Then I finally said, well I?m not going to call anymore, if they don?t care, I?m not going to care, then I got it in October. It took a long time what, 6 months to get a bill.
I think their price was very fair. I top grade for what they did. The guy was there for quite a few hours. He did a real good job. He was there for one full afternoon, so I would give him an ?A?. Responsiveness was very good. I was very happy with them. The bill was the only thing that was bothersome."
