"We met one of the owners and two techs prior to installation. They reviewed the install together with my wife and I. Questions via phone, text or email were answered promptly. The install was completed when promised and the techs were meticulous. The inside of our home was left spotless, the equipment was perfectly set up and all materials used were high quality. The AC unit was tested and immediately began cooling our home and removing moisture with extremely quiet operation on the outside and inside units. Highly recommend this business."

"They replaced my central air conditioning and hot water heater. Great process, good people. Very patient, answered all my questions (I was an engineer, so you know there were a lot of specific and obscure questions). Not the lowest price, but when it comes to making sure that the job was done correctly (and excellently) the first time, they were very well worth it!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Sergiy and his team did a phenomenal job with our basement project. The level of workmanship was outstanding. The team of workers was reliably on time and always courteous and respectful. They handled every little detail of the construction - framing, electric, sheet-rocking, installations, flooring, painting, and more. Also, Sergiy took great care to consult with us about every design consideration, and offered great practical solutions. We highly recommend My Town, and will definitely hire them again for our next project!"

"it went out very good, i was advise to replace the fan pf the central air very soon."

"Unfortunately I didn't have time to read reviews on the brand of hot water heater installed. It was a Bradford White. The reviews are horrible. I guess I just have to wait and see how long it lasts. There were also complaints on the water heater relating to the warranty."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
