"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"Jamie is first class. Had my tankless water heater running and provided good advice."

"Sal went out of his way to help us replace our water heater expeditiously! He is amazingly responsive, professional, accommodating and affordable. Operates his business with integrity. Highly recommend Complete Plumbing Services!! If we could give him 10 stars, we would!"

"Very friendly and responsive. Quick work done in a professional manner. The Water Heater Guyz were the only pros who included permitting as part of their service, which was the initial selling point for me."

"Eric Franklin performed repairs, he did excellent, he went above & beyond. It took a little longer than expected, but he stayed & did a great job."

"This wasnâ t a repair. It was a maintenance service. These ratings are primarily based on the technician who was great to work with."

"The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

"Of the five businesses I contacted for estimates, I thought the Bonney installer gave me the most honest up-front estimate (although it was also the highest estimate). Some of the businesses would only give me over-the-phone low-ball estimates that were obviously just for the water heater itself, neglecting to mention the extra components that would be needed such as valves, strappings, expansion tank, and an electrical disconnect box, all required for the City permit. And only a couple of businesses, even one who came to the house, bothered to mention the required City permit. The Bonney installer showed up on time with all the required equipment. He removed the old tank and components, prepped the area for the new components, and completed the installation in about five hours. He also cleaned the area thoroughly when he was finished. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results. It passed the City inspection. And I also think I got a better quality water heater brand which isn't available online or at discount big-box stores."

"Everything went ok as far as I could tell, but yesterday a plumber told me the gas line was not large enough and that is why the water heater is not working properly."

"This company replace my water heater, I am very satisfied with my overall experience with this company, before I agree to do the job with them staff was very friendly, professional and happy to answer all my questions, price was very fair and budget friendly, job was do very fast, very professional and clean , I recommend their services to everyone, you will not get disappointed."
