"I'll start off by saying that I did not know about this company beforehand and have only been a resident of NJ for 2 years. Mike (the owner) and his team of repairmen are very professional and talented!!! Fixing/installing the hot water heater was the second time I called Mike this year! The first time was earlier in the summer when the air conditioner was broken during a heat wave! He came over almost immediately and kept was transparent about the repair and cost every step of the way! He was able to fix it the same day...just like the hot water heater! Unlike the AC, it couldn't be saved (it was 10 years old), but he and his men worked 4-5 hours straight purchasing a new hot water heater, draining the preexisting one and installing the new unit...and I live on the second floor in a building with no elevator! The cost was definitely the icing on the cake - I seriously challenge anyone to find a company that provides a higher quality of work, professionalism and attention to detail with the value that Tanous Heating and Air Conditioning provides. A great find and a keeper!"

"We hired Ken of North Crest LLC to upgrade our electrical panel and install a new outlet. In the process, he discovered that we still had some dangerous old knob-and-tube wiring. So he checked and replaced multiple outlets, rewired a ceiling fan, and installed 2 replacement light fixtures. Thank you so much, Ken, for making our old house safer! We plan to hire Ken again to upgrade our kitchen and bathroom. Would gladly recommend him to anyone!"

"I needed an electrician to install a 240 volt outlet quickly for an electric dryer coming on Monday. And didn’t know who to use, so went on Angie's List and found Ohms Electrical Services, who responded back within a few hours of calling and was able to come the next day. Lloyd was the electrician, who came and did a great job. He knows his stuff and if very personable and professional. He also saw work a past electrician had done that was not to code and explained why and that is was a safety issue, so will be having him back soon to fix that as well as other projects. Definitely, would recommend and very reasonable price."

"The owner, Frank, was excellent and professional. Also his guys were very efficient by doing the job. They installed a brand new furnace and the job was immaculately done. they came to do the job when promised and finished in a timely fashion. The owner, himself, stayed at the job site after installation to make sure the equipment function good. they also call back after certain time to make sure that everything was good with the system. This is a company that do the job and do not disappear. They care about their customers. I recommend them and will keep using them."

"Luis did a superb job renovating my old master bathroom during the summer of 2016 (please see the photos). Now, keep in mind I am a pretty crazy perfectionist. It can take me a few months and many tries just to hang a picture on the wall. Even thinking of something as major as a bathroom renovation gave me palpitations: so many things can go wrong and then I would be upset over every little thing that went wrong and would try to redo it all and then the whole ordeal would go on and on for years... Right? Wrong! I was fortunate enough to find Luis. I did not think it' possible, but the guy is even more of a perfectionist than I am. My husband said that it's for the first time in my life that I could not find faults with somebody's work. At first I thought he would be just a guy who plaster tiles to the wall for me, but he ended up helping me every step of the way from choosing perfect tiles to giving me some great ideas on cabinet placement to recommending an excellent painter for my bathroom and a bedroom and at the end cleaning everything up at no extra cost. I felt safe leaving him and his crew working on the bathroom an not worrying about them messing up the floors, scratching the walls or leaving a mess in other parts of the house. And just one more thing to add. He finished on time!!! Just as he promised he had done everything on schedule and at a cost that he quoted me initially. I could not be happier with the whole project and feel that Luis made it is as painless as bathroom renovation projects could get! Now I am looking for a good guy to redo my kitchen cabinets. Suggestions? Anyone?"

"Melvin came over the same day I called for an estimate and he was very clear about what he would do and how he was going to do the job.  After a couple of weeks of getting to convince my husband (he was against putting the tv over the fireplace), we called Melvin to do the job and he came over on a Sunday. I was pretty surprised since you never have anybody working on Sunday unless is an emergency.Our house was built in 1929 so is pretty solid construction around the fireplace.  It was a tough installation and he even had to cancel a couple of appointments he had for that day, that's how hard the job was (he arrived at our house at 11am and left until around 7pm) because the usual method Melvin used didn't work since there was no way for him to pass the cables down thru the floor and then up again, so he had to drill to the wall and bring the cables thru horizontally thru the wall, but he did it wiht the minimum amount of mess and even patch up the hole once he was done.  My husband is the pickiest of them all when it comes to anybody doing jobs around the house, but he was pretty satisfied with the work that Melvin did and now he loves the way the tv looks above the fireplace.  We had friends over a few weeks later and complimented how clean the job was done and how nice it looked.  All in all, we're very happy and we will definitely call Melvin when we're ready to install our A/Cs or do anything electrical. Melvin is a true professional and one of those rare people out there that takes real pride in a job well done and will not walk away until you're satisfied with his work.  It only took me a bit of time to get to post the review because I was waiting for the bookcases to put on either side of the fireplace and give it the finish look to upload the picture.

I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."
