"Plumber Scottin McCabe of George Brazil Home Services performed the repairs as listed above. He did a full inspection of the plumbing in my old house and made several recommendations. He took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing and why. When he finished replacing my hot water heater drainage port he showed me the old part, corroded and full of sediment.Most remarkably, he spotted the problem of excessively high water pressure...something no plumber in twenty years had brought to my attention. Before he installed the valve he showed me the reading on the gauge he used to measure the pressure.He even took time to caulk a bathtub to prevent water damage. Everything he did was done with the highest level of professionalism. Mr. McCabe worked neatly and quickly, obviously knowledgeable about plumbing. I would not hesitate to recommend  him, and, indeed, plan to call on him in the future."

Even though the system is operating fine, and another company last year said everything was OK, they recommended replacing two parts for a total of about $450. This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed. Will not call this company again."

My daughter had to go to Home Depot and purchase a new toilet, without any advice from the plumber on which one to get because he would not return her calls. She wound up purchasing a toilet from a brand the plumber does not like, so he informed us he would not offer any guarantees for his installation. Because he was unable to give us the 5 year guarantee for the toilet like he does for others, he should have advised us to purchase a different one. Instead he went ahead and installed it and said he would not warrant it. He charged an astronomical amount for installing the new toilet. Home Depot had an installation price of $109 and he charged $250. If we had known he would do that, we would have never gone with him."
