"Needed to replace hot water heater and mentioned that when the service call was made and asked that they come to the house with the replacement. They came to do an estimate and wasted three hours after I approved the estimate as he had to go pick up the water heater."

When they opened it, it broke and was leaking, I had to pay an additional $99.00 to replace the valve because it was leaking. I would have appreciated some kind warning that it is possible for it to break before hand that way it would be my choice to continue. They also disconnected my water purifier which goes to my refrigerator and didn't reconnect it so now my refrigerator wont make ice. That is an additional expense I will have to pay out of pocket. He was the not the water purifier person so he may not have known, but he should have made that clear."
