Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. "Unique Indoor Comfort’s technician, George, provided a fine tune up service to my residence's heating system which was well overdue for maintenance. He was able to pinpoint the issues I was having obtaining heat and, in the process, providing a more important service. This by detecting a significant potential health risk to the system when operating at capacity with elevated levels of carbon monoxide readings present in the combustion test and the necessity of having a chimney/fireplace sweep and cleaning conducted. "Great job! I had an emergency situation where I could not stop my tub from running without turning off the water supply for the whole house. I was grateful and surprised to get serviced in such a short notice. Zachary handled my repairs. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain thoroughly what needed to be done. He repaired 2 bathtubs and installed a water pressure valve in less than an hour and a half.
