"My current 10-year 7-month-old water heater from Bradford White developed some issues with the control panel. The cost of repairing the control panel versus a new water heater was a no-brainer. We opted for a new water heater and the service we received from Sam R, a technician for the Water Heater Company was outstanding. He is so meticulous in getting everything done correctly. He kept the work area clean and kept me well-informed on what needed to be done as he worked. I would highly recommend this company. I included the images of the old unit in the process of being removed and the finished project."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"They came out on a Sunday to assess a water leak. They diagnosed the problem and returned on Monday to fix everything. Highly recommended."

"They changed the heater quickly, removed the old one for the agreed price. The price was the lowest of 4 quotes. Apparently they have a stock ready as they started working immediately after I accepted their quote."

"They promptly answered my request to repair my water heater. During the conversation, I asked about a tankless system. Mr. Leon explained the advantages and I purchased the tankless system. It was installed the next day and I am very happy with it."

"I have had Chajon plumbing install 2 water heaters for me and in both instances he was very professional, knowledgeable, considerate and did a great job. I highly recommend this company"

"Fast and great workmanship. Our water heater died and it was an emergency to get it fixed. Within 12 hours the problem was gone.."

"If you own a home you need a good electrician, good HVAC person and a good plumber. I found my plumber. Juan and his crew are now my listed plumbers. They replaced my water heater. Price was in line with others. The job was done professionally from the bid to the clean up. I have a home warranty company that I couldn't count on. I paid more to go outside my network. The extra money was well worth it. Thanks Juan and crew."

"My water heater stopped working unexpectedly. They replaced it same day! Very professional"

"Two workers showed up, with one training the other. They were efficient and willing to explain to me what they were doing ....which I appreciated. The new water heater was more expensive than my wife and I had expected, but, it turns out, the cost was well within the reasonable range of others we spoke to who had a water heater installed. The new water heater has safety features and there are CODE requirements that did not use to be the case.......all of which add to the expense. we were quite pleased over all with the equipment, the speed, the quality of the product we got, and the clean up and disposal of the old water heater."
