Everyone involved in the effort, from excavation, to gunite, to plumbing, to electrical, to tile, to landscaping, was top notch. And lastly, Blue Surfâ s quote was extremely reasonable â so much so that we expanded the pool project to also include a bar / grill area and a firepit. "The process went mostly smoothly. The initial estimate was done, but after having several estimates, it became clear there was a math error from TPC, but Ramone came out quickly to fix it. We picked our granite, and Ramone was very understanding when I had to repeatedly reschedule due to an injury I had sustained when building and installing the cabinetry (nothing too serious). The team had to review our kitchen again to ensure everything would fit as expected, as they were not sure if they were going to be able to have the grain flow in the same direction throughout the kitchen. Unfortunately, that led to TPC rescheduling with us, which they communicated poorly. However, they did a great job when they came out, and were very professional and courteous."

"Everything was done by himself and with great care and knowledge. Helped me out with pricing and going over many things before all projects were started. Any little problem he seen with my house or appliances he helped me fix them or showed me how no charge including fixing doors not shutting, extending pipe from attic ac down home, and did couple extra little things for very reasonable price. Would definitely hire again. Responds very quickly to text as well so you don't have to worry about no answer back. Not one problem at all and got my new lakefront home all setup for many years to come!"
