They confirmed that was the issue with several pictures to show us. We ordered the new cap and the repair was done in a timely, very professional manner. "I would never ever hire this company again. This company will make your life miserable and cause you a lot of unnecessary stress. If you hire this company, please make sure you can go to top of the roof and inspect their work once it is done. Initially, they send couple great employees to inspect the chimney and give an estimate which makes one think that he or she is hiring a great company. However, the work they do can be better by ten years old. This company provides bad quality of work and poor workmanship and they make a lot of excuses and false statements. Again, please make sure you can inspect their work if you hire this company. I would not give them a single penny until they finish the work and it is inspected by the home owner. I found many mistakes and damages to my existing shingles. Be very careful."

"I paid $79.00 for 10 minutes of looking at it to see if they could do job, after I told them the size of burner and size of pipe, serviceman said it would be easy to replace. Approved order for burner $103.00 and 75.00 for labor. Serviceman came out for repair Feb. 10 could not fix it and had to call a plumber. Paid $103.00 for part even though it wasnt installed. Plumber came out and found serviceman loosened pipe inside wall without telling me, plumber said if he would have replaced burner and left when I used it gas would have filled walls with gas and could have burned house down. I have written emails to company 6 times and called Feb. 11 and talked to scheduler she said her boss would call me back...never happened. The serviceman called his boss and told him he couldnt get burner off the boss told him to break end off and bend it so it would be close so I could use it..Really. Over all very bad experience with this company would not hire them again."

"Outstanding!! Our 40 year old, 39' brick wall blew down in high winds. Bruce Douglas was extremely patient and concise in explaining what and how the wall would be rebuilt. He met and talked to our insurance adjuster and explained the process needed to do the repairs. He was the only mason we talked to who was willing to clean and use our existing brick so that the rebuilt wall will continue to match our house. We were greatly impressed as the wall went up to see the care used in mixing a strong mortar and use of wire tracks to stabilize the wall. Once finished, the team cleaned up and removed the remaining debris. He and his team could not have been nicer or easier to work with.
