"Contacted Spencer with (Simply Cleaning) through an employee of ours. He immediately scheduled a session to check out the bleach we had unfortunately gotten on our carpet. Came in, explained the whole process from top to bottom. We ended up learning very new information. Showed up right on time, and got started without hesitation. He was able to get the bleach completely out of the carpet in just an hours time. Would recommend over any carpet service company in Dallas. Going to use this company for our regular carpet maintenance. The pricing was very fair, and affordable, even for someone not in a company."

He was also very clean and didn’t leave a mess while working. He installed about 550 sq ft of wood look tile on the patio and 20 sq ft of decorative tile in the powder. "From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, it was a pleasure using Ken and his assistant Warren. They started when they said they would and stayed a bit longer than planned to make sure they had thoroughly cleaned up around the work area. Prior to starting the process, they placed protective covers and tarps over the adjacent floor areas. They were careful to contain the grinding slurry using a wet vac to remove excess material. It took repeated passes with the finer and finer grit pads to achieve the final results, but my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. Even the other tradesmen working in the house were impressed with the improvement. In addition to the refinishing, Ken took time to offer suggestions on maintaining the floor finish along with warnings about what cleaning practices should be avoided."

"The process was thoroughly explained.  We had already moved all moveable furniture so cleaning went fairly quickly.  Cleaner was sprayed on the carpets and probably got on walls and furniture legs.  That concerned me some, but I do not see any damage from it.  The 10-year-old carpets were left in good condition with little smell.  It did take a little longer to dry than I thought it would, but with the ceiling fans on, they were dry by evening.

Solid Stone Fabricators rep contacted me in a timely fashion reqarding my emailed inquiry via Angie's List where I included a picture of cabinet needing counter and provided measurements and they were able to give me an estimate via phone and email based on the info I provided which I appreciated instead of wasting my time to come out first.
Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will use them in the future.

"Wow!!!  Fernando did a fantastic dry carpet cleaning job!!  Before Fernando cleaned the carpet, we had all kind of stains caused by drink, paint, ink, arts and crafts, candy, pets, kids, etc... The stains are all gone now.  He saved us a lot of money as before Fernando cleaned this carpet, thought we were going to have to tear it all out and replace it.  Again, now it looks brand new!!! No more stains.  I highly recommend Fernando and his company.  Also, highly recommend dry carpet cleaning rather than the usual water way.

"First off the job is done, mostly. Still have to fill in some voids in the grout but I won't let this company back in my house. Scheduling - absolutely terrible. Workers were rarely on time. After a major install issue did not coordinate a new day to show up. Just decided they would show up to the house without any precoordination. Very unprofessional. Price - reasonable. Quality - very average. The first tile install was a mess. Not level in any plane, just a mess. Randy agreed and took the first install down to redo. But then the tile wasn't available. Plumber they brought, though a "master" plumber did not have the tools required to complete the potfiller relocation. Not necessarily the plumbers fault as we were installing in a stainless steel panel over drywall. But, Roma should have provided the required tools to get the job done. Luckily I took the day off and did quite a bit of the work. Realized after he shut the wall the plumbing was not leak checked."

"Johnny O, at the Allen Floors office is a nice guy and very fair. And Juan who ran our installation project was awesome. He was very responsive to questions and feedback and jumped on any issues we brought up. And his team did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. In fact we might add on some additional rooms of hardwood flooring next year, or we may do carpet instead. Either way we'll call Allen Floors."
