"Dave took 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom and created al master suite. He enlarged and upgraded the bathroom and made one elegant bedroom. Dave is a perfectionist and the work reflects it. He is also very creative and loves his job. We couldn't ask for more: The remodel is beautiful, artistic and practical, the price reasonable, and he and his crew were a delight to have around--polite, respectful and fun. Millennium Specialties exceeded our expectations and more!"

"Their roof repair services go beyond any industry standards. Having to deal with many contractors, we as property management company have found peace of mind when it comes to such services. Ari and Elijah is exceptional and efficient. They have helped several times to fix many of roof leaks in the building we manage. We always thank their hard work."

"I had a lot of work done- complete bathroom renovation, new flooring on the entire main floor, painting rooms and kitchen cabinets, new kitchen countertops and tile work in the bathroom, fireplace and kitchen. My home looks new , the flooring, tile and painting are beautiful, and I now also have a custom fireplace. I'm very happy with the finished work and attention to detail. Vic's crew and the subcontractors did very professional work, took the time to answer my many questions and were also very friendly. I'd highly recommend this company and his subcontractors. I'll be hiring him for additional projects on my second floor and basement."

"A+ RATING for Matt Scholl--?A Better Carpenter?!
Matt Scholl exceeded our expectations in quality, service and fair pricing.
We needed a wide variety of repairs and updates before putting our home on the market: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, floors, cabinets, windows, maintenance, power washing, etc. Matt took care of everything and turned an overwhelming project into manageable steps for us.
As a licensed general contractor, Matt has the experience to tackle all types of home and office projects.
Matt discussed our options along the way, researched new products, kept us updated with the progress and his schedule, managed the other contractors, took care of everything on our list and more?and always with a cheerful, helpful attitude!
