"Along with installing new bedroom and closet doors, the contractor also installed vinyl plank flooring in our living room, dining room, and bedrooms. He also hung our dining room chandelier, and installed moon lights above our fireplace. His attention to detail in his work was impeccable and he completes the job in a timely manner. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to have work done on their home."

"We found Giant Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling here on Angie's List.  Doug scheduled a convenient time with us to replace our water heater.  He gave us a price ahead of time for his services and did not upcharge for anything.  He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly.  He was very detailed in explaining everything and even gave advice on other plumbing topics where we had concerns.  The expense of our particular water heater was more than the average electric or gas water heater because we had the power vent model.  Our old water heater was a State brand and we were very satisfied as it lasted us for 12 years, and he replaced it with a new State model, so we were very satisfied with that as well.
We found out he also services furnaces and air conditioning so we will also request his services for them when we need them because we feel he is reliable, knowledgeable and professional.  We would recommend him to anyone looking for the services he provides.

"I am extremely pleased with everything. The initial appointment and consultation was professional and everything was explained to me in great detail. I received a highly competitive price as compared to others and decided to go with Air Pure. They were able to work me into their schedule very quickly and installed everything in a few short days. The men installing were courteous and clean and extremely professional. They did high quality work and I have never had a problem with anything since! Their service is phenomenal and they get back to you immediately with any questions you have or stop out immediately to check anything out. I have recommended them since to family and friends and they all have been very happy as have I!! Highly recommend for any HVAC needs."

"Incredible service and cost. Job was quick and tidy. Highly recommended"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Excellent!! Bill explained the problem and gave me a price to repair. He ordered the part and came back in 2 days to fix as promised. I have used Blue Flame for the past 2 years for maintenance check up for furnace and air conditioning and have been pleased with the personal service that is provided. It’s a small business so the same person shows up for each appointment. The last company I used was larger and I had a different technician every time and didn’t feel like they knew me or my equipment. I have referred Blue Flame to family and friends"

"I used this company to clean bathtub drains & install new shower heads & 2 bathrooms. They did a nice job - punctual."

"On 4/5/2014, I bought a deal: $69 Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning. I had understood that there would be extra charges for the number of returns; however, I had no clue about charges for different branches of duct work.  It seems that I also had no idea of how the process worked.  In the end, I liked neither the idea of holes being cut in the ducts nor the large final estimate.  I elected to not use the service.
