"There was nothing wrong with the furnace. Wife had unwittingly turned a wall switch OFF (one which I hadn't even noticed in 18 years). Terry failed to see this in his initial (free) inspection, so he charged us the minimum for a technical repair service, $125. I suppose I could leave a negative review for this oversight...but you know, I hadn't noted the switch in 18 years, so I can't be too critical of him missing it in a 5-min scan. Regardless, during his inspection he found that the heat exchanger is rusted, the impeller (?) is noisy, and CO level up the flue (120 ppm) is too high, though still zero from in-house registers. He convinced me that we WILL need to replace the furnace fairly soon, but it's not an immediate emergency, so we can save up and do it next year. Yes, the immediate issue could have been identified and the switch turned ON at no cost to us, but I don't begrudge the money spent on a thorough system inspection and evaluation. "

He fished wires through the walls and installed in an opening which was completely covered by new outlet. Zero paint or sheet rock issues. They look original. Very timely and professional work. "Rock Electric was great. We had electricity brought to a new shop in our backyard. The Rock people were on time, they stayed in touch while we were scheduling and rescheduling. The initial visit went well and all the little details were worked out in a straightforward manner. No issues when we requested the work be permitted either. They were accommodating and professional When there was a question about the trench we dug that we thought met specs they reached out immediately and made sure they were ok to proceed. The job was done quickly and the permitting inspection was also done at the same time. Great customer service. They did a fine job of staying in touch for time frames. "I had Jason change out the old gas hot water heater and installed an Awesome on demand gas hot water heater which allows us to never run out of hot water. And he also did an electrical job running new power for an addition we did in a remodel adding a dishwasher and garbage disposal where there was never any and ran all the new power for those out of the breaker box the correct way.
