"Nathan installed several outlets in our garage , a new security light behind the garage, and corrected the wiring to our court lights. He did a great job with all the work, routing the wiring very neatly, installed the outlets where I wanted them and advised me on the best way to get what I needed. He was very open to all my questions as well as my grandson’s questions about why Nathan did things a certain way. Nathan was very patient and made sure we both understood the reasons and methods for his work. Excellent work ethic. "There was nothing wrong with the furnace. Wife had unwittingly turned a wall switch OFF (one which I hadn't even noticed in 18 years). Terry failed to see this in his initial (free) inspection, so he charged us the minimum for a technical repair service, $125. I suppose I could leave a negative review for this oversight...but you know, I hadn't noted the switch in 18 years, so I can't be too critical of him missing it in a 5-min scan. Regardless, during his inspection he found that the heat exchanger is rusted, the impeller (?) is noisy, and CO level up the flue (120 ppm) is too high, though still zero from in-house registers. He convinced me that we WILL need to replace the furnace fairly soon, but it's not an immediate emergency, so we can save up and do it next year. Yes, the immediate issue could have been identified and the switch turned ON at no cost to us, but I don't begrudge the money spent on a thorough system inspection and evaluation. "

"Rock Electric was great. We had electricity brought to a new shop in our backyard. The Rock people were on time, they stayed in touch while we were scheduling and rescheduling. The initial visit went well and all the little details were worked out in a straightforward manner. No issues when we requested the work be permitted either. They were accommodating and professional When there was a question about the trench we dug that we thought met specs they reached out immediately and made sure they were ok to proceed. The job was done quickly and the permitting inspection was also done at the same time. Great customer service. They did a fine job of staying in touch for time frames. After initially speaking with some other outfits that never got back to us or did not show or call for their scheduled appts it was refreshing to work with a group with conscientious, communicative, customer oriented people.
