"Daniel Johnson, Owner of Johnson Electrical, Inc. is a one-of-a-kind, down home extremely proficient and knowledgeable Master Electrician of over 20 years. My Husband and I cannot say enough good things about him! His overall knowledge of everything electrical and A/C from A to Z plus the latest and greatest when it comes to Smart Home technologies (right here in Highlands County, mind you!) speed and efficiency plus just a overall positive disposition have to place him in the top 10 percentile! We couldnâ t be happier with all the renovations and upgrades he performed in our home! This guy knows what heâ s doing and his prices are surprisingly affordable; not to mention he probably gets twice the amount of projects completed in half the time Iâ ve seen â the other guysâ take! That makes a substantial difference monetarily when youâ re doing home reno on a budget! Our renovation project has been an ongoing project and Daniel has been sooo patient with us (me especially) as we slowly and carefully make our selections and decisions on what weâ d like to do next, and his responses and answers to our questions are almost immediate. As of yet, he has installed our new exterior lighting, the new flush mounts in our kitchen and foyer, transitioned all of our light switches and living room fan switch to smart home technology, powered by Alexa (two of which are dimmer lights) and controllable via a set timer, using our smart phones or voice command via the Echo Show, installed a portable generator receptacle in our breaker box (a necessity during hurricane season in Fl if the large, permanent propane generators powered by an underground propane tank) or are not in your budget). He even went above and beyond and came in for a last-minute weekend call to re-size our cabinetry for the installation of our new dishwasher! We are loving all our smart home updates and new lighting so far and will most definitely choose him again when weâ re ready for our new bar lighting install and dining area lighting! 5+ stars!"

"Fantastic the technician was courteous and explained what needed to be done to get the power back on for my garage bathroom and outdoor plugs Several solutions were offered and it made a lot of sense to rework the plugs so the bathroom plugs wouldn’t be affected by the garage or outside plugs They installed some new gifs and now and don’t have to worry about if my bathroom plugs will work if it rained recently I will definitely call them again uf I have another electrical problem"

"The entire process went very well. I was kept abreast of every step leading to the installation of our solar panels and the actual - throwing the switch to be completely solar powered. Florida Solar Power Initiative in conjunction with Affordable Solar & Air were totally on top of getting us up and running. Everyone one I interacted with through this process was professional, very well informed and on top of the entire process. The only negative was the slowness of Lakeland Electric to replace our meter to a solar meter. It took them 2 months. We’re up and running and generating an awesome amount of electrical power. "My initial contact with Jon and Chris on May 26th was to see if my existing unit 16 year old A/C could be repaired. Jon and Chris were knowledgeable and pleasant as well as professional.  They were able to share with me the many issues I already knew were occurring with my current unit. We discussed cost and options to pay and sealed the deal. I am pleased that a 5 year maintenance plan for checkup's twice a year is included. The next week Cesar and Gerardo arrived with the new unit. It took at least 8 hours to install so it was an all day event. Cesar was very personable and worked hard at installing the handler in my very small space. Gerardo installed the outside unit and the new thermostat. The unit works very well so far, cools very well and is amazingly quiet.  I was impressed with all four of the men who represented Amtek.  I would also like to mention that about a week after the unit was installed I was solicited by the same company to purchase a new unit. Perhaps leads could be better scrubbed. "
