I also sent him a picture where water was leaking and again he was able to determine the possible problem. This helped in getting a very solid quote from him. He arrived on time it was very efficient. Also worth noting, he asked me to turn off the water. I told him I was unable to turn off the cold water because the condo required a 48hr notice. He said he would still come out and if he could not fix the problem he would not charge me. This was perfect because I really needed the work done ASAP if at all possible."

They knew what had to be done to get it up to code because it is an older house. The previous water heater didn't have an expansion tank or earthquake straps. It didn't have the pan and things that were needed for code. I was quite pleased. He had to get under the house and drill some holes through the wall to get the overflow out of the house because the area where the water heater was didn't have a drain in the floor. He was the least expensive."
