They had laser measures, tools for reading how wet the drywall was, infrared cameras to look at the water saturation... It was impressive! They also were very competitive in pricing. I chose them for those reasons and because they were start-to-finish, handling the remediation and removal efforts all the way through to reconstruction and finishing efforts. The technology carried through those efforts as well, with 3D scanning to measure space and material requirements. Removed carpeting, baseboards, drilled holes at baseboard level to be sure there was no drywall behind paneling and allowing for better drying. Moved our furniture around to do the job. Sprayed for mold and left commercial fans and a dehumidifier running for a couple of days. Fair price. Good communication/responsive.
