"Overall, the project went very well. Mark was great to work with - he totally got the vision for the bathroom update. The work involved moving plumbing, moving electrical, replacing a window, replacing the tub, retiling the shower, retiling the floor, putting up drywall, installing a new countertop Travis is a wizard with a tile saw, and I must say that the quality and workmanship; is unmatched. "What I have found with all of the deals is that I have personally used, is that most of the vendors are coming in and hoping to up sell you. This particular vendor, had some guy, who looked like he just pulled him off a pick up truck, go up on my roof, and then proceeded to tell me, that I needed the chimney cap rebuilt, but showed me no photos. I am not saying they are lying, but it would be more professional, than the guy who has a sweeper up my place, and talking to each other and nodding and going ''oh okay, so she needs a chimney cap rebuilt huh?''. It just seemed like I was getting ripped. I paid them for doing the cleaning, and it surprised me that no cleaning was done from the roof, the only cleaning that was done, was from up inside the gas fire place inside the house. It was a retractable gripping wire brush. He asked how the flashing was, and the other guy said it was okay. I said it would be okay because the roof was replaced 8 years ago. They have been good at following up whether I need an 800 Dollar job done."
