Arnold was very professional and thorough, kept checking all possible problems even after he found the leak, and let us know the rest of our pool plumbing was in good shape. Gave us advice to keep an eye on possible problems. Charge was a little higher because we have a combination inground spa with our pool, meaning more plumbing to check. Very happy with results."

We had our new heater installed yesterday, which was quicker than I thought it was going to be done. The gentleman that came out to install the heater was also very nice and informative. Zack kept us informed every step of way and came up with last minute addition of 2X2 glass tile on steps enhancing pool view. Mark worked his butt off deconstructing, leveling stairs off for glass tile, and prepping pool for plastering during recent hot summer days. Luke did great job filling pool with unique process to extend pool surface lifespan and servicing pool for initial 30 days. Highly recommend!"

"Getting the service provider to schedule the work, order the parts, and perform the service under warranty was far too time consuming and difficult.  They don't return phone calls, they have lots of excuses (no parts, new employees, new management, etc).
BUT the technicians are great, fast, and good!
And I got so frustrated that I found someone else to do the work, but only Florida Solar had the parts!  So I was stuck with them.
